Each square is one stitch. In jacquard, your logo is rebuilt at knitting resolution and locked into the fabric — it will not peel, crack or wash out.

Pick what you need. The panel updates as you go and turns into a proper RFQ — the first message you send us already contains everything we need to quote. No discovery call, no eight-question reply.

Higher needle count means finer fabric and sharper logo definition, but slower knitting and a higher price per pair.

Every sock is a blend. The main fibre normally runs 70–80%, with polyamide and elastane carrying stretch and abrasion resistance.

    What is your minimum order for socks?

    Custom-knit designs start at 1,000 pairs per design per colourway; stock patterns can ship from 300 pairs. Mixed size assortments within an order are standard practice.

    Can you knit our logo or design into the sock?

    Yes — logos and patterns are usually knitted in as jacquard, in up to 6 colours per design; for photographic or very fine artwork we also offer printing. Send a logo file or sketch; we digitise it and send a photo sample before bulk.

    Which yarns do you use?

    Combed and mercerised cotton, bamboo viscose, wool blends for winter lines and recycled cotton on request — always with polyamide and elastane for fit, durability and shape retention.

    Which sizes can you produce?

    From baby 0-6 months up to adult EU 47-48, in standard two-size steps (36-40, 41-45 and so on) or your own size chart. Kids' lines can include ABS anti-slip soles.

    What packaging options do you offer?

    Wrap bands, hooks and hangers, pair sets of 3 to 6, gift boxes and e-commerce polybags — all with your branding and barcodes applied per SKU.

    What are your lead times?

    Knitted photo samples in about one week. Bulk production runs 3 to 5 weeks after sample approval depending on quantity; repeat orders are faster on reserved capacity.
